If your MP is a back bencher you don't often hear about them except for the odd photo-op pamphlet now and then. I hear our MP, Carolyn Parrish is bad mouthing Americans. Maybe she does this often, I don't know, but this time it was caught by reporters. Everybody's just a little sensitive at the moment about the “to war or not to war” question. Somebody at work commented that perhaps I'll be voting in a by-election soon. Now if somebody asks me who my MP is (yeah right ;-), I can say, Ms Parrish, you know, that women who claimed Americans are all illegitimate children or words to that effect.
