Mom gave me some Gjetost¹ whey cheese from Norway for Christmas. It's funny how you associate colours with food: this brown cheese comes in a block looking for all the world like a great big carmel. I had some on a bagel for lunch and, once I told myself this was cheese, I was fine with it. Good cheese, terrible carmel.
